“The punishment that brought us peace was on him. By his wounds, we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)___What a verse!
Today (Dec.13, 2020), I preached from Isaiah 53:5 for Alive International Congregation. It was the 3rd Advent serve. I preached in English this time. I know people now need true peace in their hearts especially now in the midst of the COVID 19 situation because they are losing many things, i.e. income, job, dreams, hope, health, lives of friends, and so on. I believe that only Jesus through his sacrifice at the cross can bring us true peace. I hope we Alive International could know this again together through this sermon and the service today.
